This notice describes how CanPay Global Payments Ltd. (“Canpay”) handles business enquiries made through this website. It does not replace the applicable service policies and agreements.
Information you choose to share
You may provide your name, work email, business name, website, country, industry, estimated payment volume and enquiry details. Please do not include payment card numbers, bank credentials, identity documents or other sensitive personal information.
How the enquiry form works
The form prepares an email on your device. Its fields are not automatically submitted to Canpay or stored in a merchant account. When you send that email, your email service delivers the information to Canpay. You can also download a copy to your device.
How we use enquiries
We use the information you send to respond, understand your business needs and discuss suitable payment services. If a provider introduction is needed, we will discuss the relevant sharing of business information with you. A separate merchant application may require additional information under the provider’s own process.
Website access
The hosting service may process technical access information, such as IP address and request logs, to deliver and secure the website. This version does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. External websites follow their own privacy practices.
Your choices
Contact Support@canpayglobal.com to ask about your enquiry information, request corrections or request deletion, subject to any applicable retention requirements. Canpay retains enquiry correspondence as needed for the business discussion and applicable obligations.
